BlackLine will be performing unplanned maintenance in Production environments as part of our continued commitment to ensuring our infrastructure reliability and redundancy.
During this maintenance, users will not be able to access the BlackLine application. The FTP service will be available, but files will not be processed until maintenance is complete. All jobs will be held in the queue until the maintenance has been completed.
Maintaining uptime and availability is of the utmost importance to BlackLine, and we strive to provide as much notice as possible. From time to time, it may be necessary to perform critical maintenance to continue to provide the availability and uptime our customers expect. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
