BlackLine will be performing critical maintenance in EU3 Sandbox and Production environments on January 27, 2023 as part of our continued commitment to ensure our infrastructure reliability and redundancy.
During this maintenance, users may experience intermittent service interruptions with existing sessions. The FTP service for uploading files could be affected. The ability to attach and view documents may also be affected. All jobs will be held in queue until the maintenance has been completed.
Times are subject to change, but will be updated before and after maintenance.
Maintaining uptime and availability is of the utmost importance to BlackLine and we strive to provide as much notice as possible. From time to time, it may be necessary to perform critical maintenance to continue to provide the availability and uptime our customers expect. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this maintenance.
