BlackLine AR Multi Tenant Platform Upgrade: 2025-12-14 Release 3.11.0.0 Dec 14, 2025 06:00-16:00 UTC

BlackLine will deploy an upgrade for the Accounts Receivable Automation Multi Tenant platform for the 2025-12-14 Release 3.11.0.0 release to Sandpit and Production environments.

Jobs submitted at the start of the release window will be held in the queue until the release has completed. Users may experience intermittent service interruptions while the applications are being updated and users with active sessions will be redirected to the login page at the transition of services.

Update - Customers may experience an issue when accessing the BlackLine FCS or AR application. BlackLine identified the problem as related to our 3rd party vendor Cloudflare's ongoing maintenance. BlackLine engineers have implemented a solution to enable access. We will continue to monitor for any additional issues and post any further updates.

Monitoring - Customers may have experienced an issue with Cloudflare, causing a timeout error when launching the FCS or AR URLs, which impacts FCM and AR systems. Issue seems to be resolved. BlackLine teams continue to monitor the situation to ensure there are no additional issues. We will confirm when the service is fully operational.
