Reason: Monthly Maintenance and Patching BlackLine IC apps will be performing maintenance in Production (EU) environments as part of our continued commitment to ensure our infrastructure security and reliability.

Implementation window: Oct 15th 17:00 - 21:00 UTC (Oct 15th, 10 am - 02 pm PDT)

Impact: Based on SLAs, these systems are not 24x7. Screens and applications will not be available during the maintenance window.
