BlackLine will be performing scheduled maintenance on the Okta identity provider configuration for the Middle East Production environment. During this maintenance window, updates will be applied to policies, settings, and security configurations.
No service interruption is expected. In the unlikely event that a rollback is required, any impact would be limited to less than one hour and would only affect users in the Middle East region attempting to log in during that window. All changes will be verified with post-implementation testing before the maintenance window is closed.
