After deploying a fix for import jobs, we are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure there are no additional issues. We will confirm when the service is fully operational.

Identified

A small subset of customers may be experiencing an issue where import jobs are not processed successfully with an encryption error. BlackLine teams have identified the cause and have developed a fix. BlackLine will deploy a rolling deployment of a patch that includes draining the services that support import jobs. We will deploy first to the Sandbox environments and then to Production environments.
