Update

Some customers may be experiencing an issue with Account Imports resulting in "Field Count" mismatches. Our teams have identified the issue and will deploy a critical patch to resolve it within the next several hours, once testing is complete.
While this maintenance will not disrupt users in the system, it will temporarily delay import jobs. All jobs will be queued during the maintenance period (expected to be less than one hour) and will resume automatically once the deployment is finished. No customer action is required.
BlackLine recognizes the importance of the upcoming month-end and regrets any inconvenience. This preventative action is necessary to avoid further disruptions.

Update

To address this issue BlackLine will be performing a Critical Patch in the next several hours (exact time to be determined once testing is complete). While this will not cause any disruption to users in the system, it will require a delay for any import jobs during the maintenance period. Jobs will queue until the deployment is complete, and catch up without the need for any customer action. We expect the maintenance period to be less than one hour.
