We are replacing regional Vault cluster certificates with new certificates that will renew automatically.

We do not expect any outage. If a Vault cluster in your region unexpectedly goes down, GKE and other services actively retrieving secrets from Vault would be unable to do so. Services operating on cached secrets would be unaffected.
