What we're doing: BlackLine will be performing scheduled maintenance to deploy an upgrade to our Configuration Management service. This update improves the reliability of authentication for customers using Single Sign-On (SSO) with Okta federation.
What to expect: During this maintenance window, customers accessing Financial Close Management (FCM) through SSO may experience brief interruptions to their login experience. Most customers should not notice any impact, and service will remain available throughout the maintenance period.
Why we're doing this: This upgrade enhances our authentication infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted SSO access during routine identity provider maintenance activities, improving overall system stability and reliability.
What you need to do: No action is required from customers. If you experience any login issues during or immediately after the maintenance window, please contact BlackLine Support.
