Customers may be experiencing an issue where Users with Preferences set to English are seeing Japanese or Spanish in application pages. BlackLine teams continue to investigate the issue and have identified that most impacted users have temporarily resolved the issue by switching to their browsers incognito mode . We will provide regular updates on this page until the issue is resolved.
