At 10:00 AM PST, a small subset of customers may have experienced slowness within the Production NA3 environment. BlackLine has restarted services on NA3 and SBNA3 environments. Users should be able to resume normal activities as services come back online. There may be intermittent issues as the environment stabilizes.
This incident affected: Financial Close - Sandbox (SB NA3) and Financial Close - Production (PROD NA3).
